All rescued dogs receive whatever veterinary care they require, everything from dentistry to surgery to help correct an uncomfortable or painful medical condition. Often the adoption fee does not cover a dog's vet bill. Your donation can help.
Here at Kiko Dog Rescue and Adoptions, we are dedicated to helping dogs that have found themselves homeless (whether they are from a pound, puppy mill or a home surrender). Our goal is to carefully place each and every dog in the loving forever homes they so deserve.
Since we placed our first dog in 2008 (that was Kiko by the way), more than 650 dogs have found new forever homes. The Caring Way of Doing Things
Our dogs are not kept at a shelter. We rely on the generosity of foster families to care for our dogs until they find forever homes. We also rely on the generosity of donations and volunteers to help us survive the financial burdens of a caring operation like ours.
From small to large, puppies to seniors, calm to active, and everything in between, we have many wonderful dogs waiting for a forever home to call their own and often waiting for a foster family to provide a temporary loving home.

There are many ways you can help Kiko dogs find their forever home.
We take pride in our thorough approach to adoptions and do our very best to ensure the most appropriate match.
IDEA: if you love dogs but are unable to make a commitment at this time, why not become a foster? We are ALWAYS in need of foster homes in the Montreal and Eastern Ontario areas.
